www.dcf.state.fl.us/publications/esspolicymanual/ – This is the DCF Program Manual link. If you would like to browse the Medicaid requirements as they are written by DCF, then see this link.

www.Medicare.gov– Click on “Nursing Home Compare” near the bottom of the page on the right side for information regarding specific nursing homes or the other links to learn more about Medicare.

www.elderaffairs.state.fl.us– This is the Florida Department of Elder Affairs website. It provides information regarding elder services and activities within each Florida County.

www.alz.org– This is the link for the Alzheimer’s Association which has both national and local information regarding Alzheimer’s. This is a great resource for caregivers and family members that are affected by Alzheimer’s. The website contains education on Alzheimer’s Disease, recent news stories, facility locators, local chapters and support groups, ways to help raise awareness, fundraising events in your local area, as well as many other topics.
